Keiran was diagnosed with a hepatoblastoma, liver cancer, on Valentines Day 2019.
“When they sit you down and tell you that, it’s surreal…it’s almost an out of body experience,” recalls his dad.
Immediately after diagnosis, Keiran started chemotherapy, and then had surgery in May of 2019. His treatment protocol completed, Keiran hit the gong to signal the end of treatment but, unfortunately, five months later, the cancer was back.
