The next sessions are:
October 26 – Beginnings & Belonging
Our opening session will welcome families into the program, creating a warm space where everyone feels seen and included. Through playful introductions and simple creative activities, families will begin their Wellness Passports and add the first pieces to the Family Creative Archive — a collection that will grow all year and culminate at the Retreat.
November 23 – Stories in Motion
This month we bring stories to life. Families will explore their journeys through art, movement, and collaborative group activities that highlight both challenges and strengths. The focus is on resilience, expression, and finding joy together. Each family will continue adding to their Passport and the Archive.
December 14 – Celebration & Reflection
To close the cycle, families will gather in a cozy, festive atmosphere to celebrate their contributions so far. Activities will invite reflection on what has been created, with opportunities to share, laugh, and connect as a community before heading into the new year. Families will leave with a sense of belonging and anticipation for what’s to come in January.
Sessions run on the fourth Sunday of each month from 1-3pm at: Community Support Centre of Essex County.
