The next sessions are:
Leisure Swap Shop: Try Something New, Share What You Love (Each family shares a simple leisure skill or interest they enjoy and teaches it to others at mini "swap stations").
The Pause Project: Designing Restful Rhythms (Through guided discussion, slow sensory-based activities, and reflection, families create their own "rest rhythm plan" and identify ways to intentionally integrate restful, restorative moments into their daily lives).
Sessions run on the second Sunday of each month from 1-3pm at: Community Support Centre of Essex County.
